AAWCCO is pleased to announce their 2023-24 Scholarship recipients (pictured top to bottom) – Chloe Walker and Hannah Franklin.

Chloe Walker is the recipient of the “Horace and Mae O. Mamou, Sr. Scholarship” in the amount of $1,500. She is a 2024 graduate of Challenge Early College High School in Houston ISD. Chloe will be attending Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas and majoring in Animal Sciences (Pre-Vet) in the Fall. Her professional goal is to become a veterinarian!

Hannah Franklin is the recipient of the “Horace and Mae O. Mamou, Sr. Scholarship” in the amount of $1,500. She is a 2024 graduate of Challenge Early College High School in Houston ISD. Hannah will be attending Prairie View A&M University in Prairie View, Texas and majoring in Business Marketing.

We’re very proud of both of these young ladies and believe they will excel on their college journeys, as they reach higher heights in their education and life experiences!
